Terms & Conditions for Dress Revive

  1. Eligibility: Not all dresses may be eligible for the Dress Revive initiative. Never Nothing reserve the right to determine eligibility based on factors such as condition, style, and market demand.

  2. Inspection: We may request to inspect the dress before committing it to the Dress Revive program. This inspection will help us assess the condition of the dress and its potential resale value.

  3. Payment: Payment for the dress will only be made into the customer's account once the dress is sold. The customer will be notified of the sale and provided with payment details.

  4. Shipping:The customer is responsible for shipping the dress to our designated address for evaluation. If the offered price is not satisfactory to the customer, they are responsible for arranging the return shipping of the dress.

  5. Ownership: By participating in the Dress Revive initiative, the customer acknowledges that they are the rightful owner of the dress and have the authority to sell it.

  6. Condition: The dress must be in good condition, free from significant damage, stains, or alterations that may affect its resale value.

  7. Pricing: The pricing of the dress will be determined by Never Nothing based on factors such as brand, condition, style, and market demand. The customer may suggest a price, but the final decision rests with us (Never Nothing).

  8. Agreement: Participation in the Dress Revive initiative constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  9. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Dress Revive initiative at any time without prior notice.
