Returns or exchanges will only be accommodated if the original tag is still attached to the dress and the dress is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Accessories and gifts are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or a gift card will be provided.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nevernothing.co.za.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
4. Exchange Options:

Exchanges can be made for a different size or style of equal value, subject to availability.

If the desired item is out of stock, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item.
