Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accommodated if the original tag is still attached to the dress and the dress is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Accessories and gifts are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. No Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or a gift card will be provided.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nevernothing.co.za.

  • Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

4. Exchange Options:

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or style of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Processing Returns and Exchanges:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • If approved, your exchange will be processed, and the new item or gift card will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs: 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided at checkout. 

  • Customers will be informed of the shipping cost before finalizing their purchase.

2. Delivery Time:

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. 

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries.

  • Please note that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately at [customer service email].

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a gift card at no additional cost to you.
